With all due respect, you're acting as though you're completely disconnected to the outside world. Do you really believe this is the only place where "future DC's" are voicing their displeasure with Grinch? There's too many commentaries out there to post. Seriously, id have to spam the board like you did last night in order to show all the vitriol. So who are these "experts?" Ex football players, major media fb personalities, and numerous journalists who cover USC specifically.

Look, I realize the are very few, if any, "football experts" who post on this board. And BTW, you're definitely included in that group,,,, 1000% 😂....... But I get it, everything would be solved if Caleb Williams was just better. 🤣

I think it's more on LR . 4th quarter with 27 point lead, run the ball on first and second down if you have to pass do a nice short pass. Worst case scenario tou punt. My guess is with Lloyd you get some first downs running the damn ball.

I haven't suggested any names yet. That's USC's job to find a better defensive coach.

As for LSU and Ole Miss, I could care less about their defense. I just know ours sucks and it will tank the season.

Here we go again. Defending an undefendable coach.

Hop on Twitter and look at former players (not OJ - Jesus that but) comments. They are seeing major, obvious issues.

Riley will stick with his guy until the bitter end, unfortunately. I suspect he fires him heading into it right after the Sun Bowl.

And obviously, defense is an increasingly lost art in this era of touch football. But grinch simply sucks and has to go.

Someone has thin skin. Considering the defensive performances of lsu. Ole mess. Uw. USC. I wasn't defending anyone. Didn't even mention anyone. Trigger much?

What's funny here is that you get people screaming and complaining loudly. Wanting someone. Anyone new. Then you ask who and they say stupid things like " I want Aranda. Or maybe belichick." Then they go find a few YouTube videos and explain to all of us that hst a professional defensive coach who does this 80 hours a eeeknis too dumb to see.

Then you point out their folly and they flap their wings saying you're defending the status quo.

This is why you people are more entertaining than the games

grinch is trying to do too much with his scheme and with all his twists/stunts and DEs crashing down needlessly, he's actually trapping his own defenders at the LOS and leaving wide gaps around the ends. Couple that with LBs who are consistently taking bad angles and avoiding direct contact, and you end up with a porous run D. And similar things are happening in defensive backfield, where poor cover guys are ending up matched one on one with receivers they can't cover, or leaving poor tackling corners (Domani) on islands just asking to get exploited for big plays.

Grinch really needs to go, or needs a come to jesus moment re: his coaching career. His scheme is self defeating and needs to be simplified and cut down on the aggressive blitzes which the opposition know are coming. If you can't fool you opponent and he knows your playbook, you are screwed.
