First Dart, now London. Who knows who else? And you need a DOJ investigation to find out exactly what's wrong or when they'll be back. I don't remember that kind of secrecy being one of Helton's [too numerous to count] flaws.
It was obvious from the air cast that London broke a bone in his leg. Correct me if I'm wrong sc, but all you need is an x-ray to confirm that or rule it out. It's almost 24 hours later and still no word from SC about the nature of the injury -- or even a pious non-explanation accompanied by "student health privacy concerns." All they got out of Coach Williams after the game was "He's not playing right now."
Maybe I missed it, don't think so, but has the school ever announced which type of meniscus surgery Dart had?
What's the point?
I don't know where you got that Helton didn't promote "secrecy". Seems to me a few times he didn't announce someone was hurt...and then of course when they were hurt and he got pushed he announced what he felt the injury was without talking to the doctors and then would announce when he thought they would return to action. His predictions on that if he were throwing darts would never have hit the target..of course he also had a record of playing hurt guys and making the injury worse...
he broke his ankle, he's done for the season. I posted this earlier. sc
