What's this about the UofA Transfer?

Was supposed to be inelegible for 1st half due to ejection during UofA's last game against ASU in Territorial Cup but played in USC's last game? Does that not transfer over if you change teams? Or is it only for PAC-12 games? If the punishment doesn't transfer over to the next season ASU is even dumber than we all thought because they are not playing their guys that were ejected, and even checked with the PAC-12 to confirm. Sounds like Arizona is likely to sit their player who is still on the team for first game as well, so it is Dumb and Dumber in the Desert. Gangsta move if USC just said F it and played the guy anyways. This is all just a buzz at this point, so have no idea what is what, but found it interesting.
