back in the day USC would bring in a couple of JC kids every year to help out positions of need.
OJ came from a junior college. Junior Seau came from a junior college. Jason Sehorn, Keshawn, etc. all started at junior college.
I can't remember the last great junior college transfer.
I think it might be that SC didn't recognize some JC courses etc? not sure. SC could use the help. sc
I thought that they had somethinng in place about getting a D in a course disqualified a potential recruit..of course they might also not accept certain courses but just this year USC tried to get a highly rated corner out of a JC ..he chose Oregon..
guys like Gifford, Goux, Bame, Scott, Cain, Clarence Davis, yary, Bain, Battle, etal, are not in JUCO ball anymore
Hi lot was a prop 48 and these days transfer rules make it a better move for a kid to so to whatever d1 or d2 school will take him. Get some film. And then use them as a stepping stone
