Where to go from here?

Sun Bowl is likely with Moss as QB.

Next year is another rough season.

Riley won't and shouldn't get fired after next arason, but how does he dig himself out of this? Recruiting isn't going well. Transfer portal is hit and miss.

Will be fascinating to see how the Riley experiment works out.

Of course they will be competitive. They just won't be elite.

How will he fix the offensive line, linebackers and secondary in time to be elite next year?

My concern is that they are not bringing in top HS players and have given up on California. Does that change or can USC resume recruiting HS players? Top ones?

Or does USC think they can win in the transfer portal forever? I think you can get a star player here and there that way but they need linemen. Lots of them. D and OL. They need secondary guys who are deep. LB I just don't think you can get that many of those in the portal

Good take. Totally agree. The roster is going to be a bit of a mess next year unless they nail the portal talent evaluation. That didn't happen this year.

LOL you people are funny. QB plays a bad game and the whole program is a dissaster.

Bottom line is USC will recruit a top QB who is playing for a top 25 program right now. He will be great and the USC D will be better.

ANd USC will be competitive. May not be Top 5 but they'll be ranked.
