Wally other than soccer being dull, stupid and boring, it’s a great game. Wonderful for kids though

I know it's a great game for some people, probably even most of the people on the planet. And I also know that the athletes who play the game at that level are truly exceptional. I just think watching soccer is like reading a geology textbook, with all due respect to geologists.

I compare watching high level soccer to watching grass grow, or watching women play basketball. and yes I do occasionally watch USC’s women’s team play basketball but I always come away thinking that while they may be slow they can’t jump either. I am saying this as the father of 3 daughters.
