Innocent IMO. Trumped up charges. Arrested for living while Black.
He's McInnocent! Also, you have to REALLY do something bad in LA right now to actually get arrested and have to post bail. If they don't think they can nail you to a wall by your balls they won't even fill out the paperwork.
