Wiltfong: Moore to Bruins all but done

It’s done. Lanning tried to get Moore to Eugene this weekend, but no dice. This had to do with Dilly leaving for ASU. He was his primary recruiter and coach. Great pickup for Chip. I still love Chip for what he did with the Ducks.

Why didn’t Dante go with Dilly? I’m thinking your new OC was a disappointment. ASU Qb just hit the portal again.

Maybe because it’s ASU? Plus UCLA will be in big ten. That means Dante will be playing half his games in big ten country.

Lanning is estactic about the new OC . He was quoted calling him “ a perfect fit”. we‘ll see. The good news is he was Hudson Cards HS coach . Rivals has Card rated the #1 portal QB. I liked what I’ve seen from Card. He’s definitely better than freaking 5* Bust TY.

if Ducks whiff on Card and Bo goes pro Ducks are in big trouble next year. Youve got Bust Ty as the only QB on the roster.

#2 behind Justin Fields on Rivals. Believable he was #1 on other recruiting sites. Either way very highly ranked coming out of HS. Did Chip develop him into a first rounder? Doubtful.

I believe Jhop thinks they get both. So he goes to UCLA with his little Bro. doesnt make sense to me though. DJ could start for a lot of schools. Like Oregon State.

Oregon State is the move, but stepping down in competition to Fresno State makes sense too, as does Ucla.

If DJ wanted to ride the bench he should have stayed at Clemson...otherwise Fresno would be a better pick...if Moore is as good as advertized..

Moore would have been better off at Notre Dame or Michigan St

Moore at Notre Dame would have been nice! I like to see our rivals get better so Moore to UCLA makes me happy. Notre Dame would be better but oh well.
