Worst USC Football Situation Ever?

The Kiffy and Suck years were bleak ... and the Gomer rash that finally went away. Who cares about this year ... the coaches and players are all getting dumped

so there is hope now

It can all be fixed with one good hire.

This isn't your grandfather's USC, nor your Father's. Long list of headwinds for USC. 1) Woke leadership - University President that "gets" neither fundraising nor football. 2) Demographics - migration in - non-football-playing minorities from South America, Middle East, Asia. Migration out - families with kids, conservatives. Low growth after net migration. 3) California High School football participation rates. 4) Cali Crime. 5) Cali Taxes (income, property, sales, estate, vehicle, etc. 6) Cali Defunding law enforcement. 7) Cali dangerous public schools. 8) Cali cost of living. 9) Athletic Department increasingly adept at degrading the gameday experience. 10 ) Add yours below.

Definitely the worst. From football to academics. sc is nothing but one scandal after another and one bad coaching hire after another. If they want someone really good they better back up the Brinks truck because that's what it's gonna take to get him. Never seen a school go out of its way to ruin the one thing that put it on the map.

Silly comment. Despite the naysayers USC football will be fine. If you assess the last decade in view of the NCAA and the Pac 12’s war against USC we survived pretty well. Believers me the power five schools and the Pac 12 thought we would be down for 20 years and they sure as hell never thought we would be competitive as fast as we were. So personally I say screw the USC critics . They are who they are.

The million dollar question: will it get worse in the upcoming years? The way things have gone thus far, I can see it going south and taking another bend.

12 years of garbage coaches and crappy players aside a few
