if judges are going to dictate from the bench, why have a President at all?
why not just have Congress appoint a board of judges/dictators and let them run the bureaucracy, a.k.a. the administration or executive branch?
why does the Constitution have an Article II chief executive [king/dictator] anyway, and not a democratic executive committee structured like Congress or the Supreme Court?
Since we still have an Article II executive where all power for the executive branch is vested in a President,
why does the President not just ignore any lower District Court dictates as to executive action(s)?

I cannot understand how a some of these low level judges can rule on some of these things that are basically removing the chief executive for making decisions that are executive decisions under the Constitution. What I think is more crazy is for the Trump Administration to let those decisions fly and merely appealing them to the same judges. I say refuse the lower court Judges orders and let them take it to a higher court for refusing the court order. These judges have no enforcement capabilities. The fact that these judges are ruling on things far outside their domain and preventing the removal of illegals who are criminals is mind boggling. As an example, if these illegals are not legally in the country they should have no rights period. I also don't understand when a higher court reverses the illegality of a lower judges decision how that individual is allowed to still hold the position of a judge when he plainly is either not following the law or the Constitution.
They are in complete violation of Article IIII
MADISON v MARBURY already decided judges and courts do not have jurisdiction over POTUS
