I keep telling you that people embedded in our current administration are actively funding Al-Qaeda to the tune of $80 million a week in addition to the money funding the Taliban, Iran, ISIS, Hezbollah, etc., and their affiliated NGOs in the US, South American, Europe, and the Middle East.

ISIS did not reemerge, Al-Qaeda assumed that identity for a specific purpose. All these identities train together in Afghanistan and other places in the same camps run by Al-Qaeda, before they are deployed on their separate missions.
