That is just the way it is and will be now for a long time. Companies only exist in order to cater to the workers and their every want and desire. Work is nothing more than a vessel to fund the pursuit of passion and businesses are no longer entitled to a profit. If a profit is made, it is expected to be distributed amongst the employees. The owners (The Man....maaan) are to mind their P's and Q's and be thankful that they are able to even show up and have an office. Sounds pretty far out there doesn't it, that line of thinking? Well, it is the way the younger generations think and it should scare us all shitless.
