2.)) No JFK files

3.) No release of 2nd Amendment infringements

4.) DOJ now arguing that Suppressors are not protected by the Second Amendment and as such can be regulated by any state or government thus violating the Second Amendment which includes Suppressors as a Firearm.

from what I "hear" suppressors are important to prevent hearing loss in those law abiding American citizens who hunt, target practice or simply learn gun safety. Lots of things can be used nefariously. Laws should be aimed at that.

Exactly…. I don’t care about the JFK /MLK files etc. interested, but like you said, not a priority. Hopefully they prosecute all individuals connected to these cases. That could take some additional time. No one here knows all the details. Let it play out.

How long is too long ? In 2020 a Gun Group through FOIA requested the ATF provide them with information that the ATF had collected on American Citizens and the courts ordered them to reply. The ATF provided the documents and then discovered they F'd up and didn't redact the information in those documents so took this Gun Group to return the documents and asked the courts to silence the gun group from informing anyone on what was in them. The Courts agreed the ATF and put a timeline of 18 months of silence on the info in those articles. A year and a half later the ATF asked the courts to continue the process and the court did. Now in 2025 ATF is asking again for that silence and it's before the courts. So what information is the ATF withholding? It appears it has to do with registering and following individual citizens banking, social media comments and gun purchases. All against the Constitution and the laws of the land. That might help anyone understand why a list of ATF infringement's on the rights of American citizens should be a priority especially if this was used against legal gun owners and the debanking stuff has already been recognized as part of the attempt by the ATF.....
