Fed court rules charter schools can't require girls to wear skirts

AFSCME, the ACLU and — of course — the American Federation of Teachers joined the suit. The authors of Title IX had to have that in mind. Constitution and all other laws now either a blank slate or a Rorschach Test of the unconscious intentions of the now dead legislators. The rule of law has now been replaced by the Rule of (unelected) Judges.

They are going to keep going until it all burns down, and then complain that there is nothing left worth ruling. Soon to be overheard in casual conversations all across America "Wait, are we talking about blonde haired Jennifer , or penis Jennifer?"

Worse, the first female (XX) head of the ACLU and a law professor at NYU, say she massively censors herself, both verbally and facial expression. She says she is afraid that some camera will record her speech or facial expression, and she says she feels like she is in a panopticon, a design for a prison where a single guard can observe all prisoner from a single position without the prisoners being aware that they are being watched. The US is one big panopticon!
