First challenge to Trump's limits on birthright citizenship to be heard by Judge John Coughenour

The intent was to give ex slaves citizenship. And in 1924, Indians as well.

It was never meant to give citizenship to people who came here illegally. The case of two Chinese parents that were both naturalized, was ruled in favor of the parents because they were here LEGALLY

liberals and their lapdog media keep ignoring the key words in the 14th Amendment:

"and subject to the jurisdiction thereof"

Note: children born on US soil to foreign diplomats stationed in the US are not granted US citizenship under the jus soli convention implied by the 14th Amendment, but are granted their parents' citizenship under the jus sanguinis convention, the same as children born to US diplomats in other countries are granted US citizenship, a la McCain.

if jus soli was the only operating principle of the 14th Amendment, then why was the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924 necessary to grant Native Americans US citizenship?

as a side note: Trump put the word 'person' into the definition of man and woman at conception for his EO on gender. This puts unborn men and women under the 14th Amendment equal protection clause which would require, moving forward, a due process of law for any proposed abortion.

SCOTUS said it’s clear the 14th Amendment doesn’t afford automatic citizenship by being born here by illegal entry.

The citizenship by birth was designed for American Indians after 1924. For blacks.

It was not designed for illegals having a kid after jumping the border.
