So, if human rights come from government, then government can withdraw/deny human rights. If so, then China, Iran, NoKo, and Russia aren't depriving their people of human rights, because people aren't entitled to human rights in the absence of governmental largess. Please, Joe Biden, can I have some rights?

So, people don't have rights in the absence of government? Did the Bill of Rights convey rights, or did they acknowledge rights we are entitled too. You know, like Due Process.
