yes our speech is free and unlimited, unlike almost every other country on the planet
however, if one's speech is an assault, slanderous, libelous, or damaging, then one can be charged for the injuries or damages caused and there is no Constitutional limit on liability, as Greenpeace has just discovered
the Constitution recognizes both unlimited free speech and unlimited liability, personal and other
yelling 'fire' may prove to be a very expensive proposition if nature takes it's course
this is something liberal judges, AGs and DAs have ignored for far too long, except when it benefits them
the world demands justice and when implemented it limits the worst aspects of free speech, while expanding the best
