Government Fails at Basic Duties

While the government fails to offer equal protection under the law it also fails to enforce laws for protection of public health. I reckon its pretty much time to move on.

That fungus thats among us is native to Ca. Its worse whne you have a bunch of wet weather followed by dry windy weather. My friend's dog that won the breed at Westminster ( abig deal) caught the fungus while hunting in the central valley, barely survived, went sterile and then died at a young age. Your point is valid but the valley fever example isnt. I think the fungus might make people in Fresno stupid too.
