LOL, Stalker you are not totally wrong. I have always stayed in great shape and being retired I have more than sufficient time to do so. It's what I enjoy doing. But currently I do have two issues going against me. One I need a new knee and two I hurt my left shoulder a week ago. The shoulder should be good in a week the knee will take a bit longer. I have been doing this all my life so I don't plan on changing. But I do appreciate your comment; it was obviously stated with sincerity and said with my best interests in mind so thank you.
