The defense position is he wasn't using drugs at the time he filled out the form....in other words that exact moment...if that flies than the form was worthless and anyone previously convicted was unlawfully convicted...but it all is meaningless...they have already rigged the trial and didn't charge him for using his wife?dumping the firearm in a public trash can to conceal the evidence...have bought the judge, jury and attorneys'...and if all else faile his old man will pardon him...more likely he'll pay a fine and do some community service if somehow he is convicted of what should be a slam dump guilty

The form is relying on people to state whether they are an addict or not. That’s a problem. I’m sure there are potheads who smoke every day but don’t consider themselves addicts. Could anyone prove that Hunter was using crack every day? If they could prove he used a few times a week, does that mean he was addicted? I don’t think so.
