Imagine if the Black Panthers ran the public schools

Or the Stasi, or the Khmer Rouge. One in three East Berliners were informants. The Khmer Rouge instructed children to denounce their parents. Now the NYC Public Schools want their students to keep a list of their parents microaggressions. From the Regents to the school unions, they lie about their CRT curriculum, which appears to be their ENTIRE social studies/history curriculum. Ten year olds are given a form to fill out specifying their sexual identity and sexual orientation. They don't have to answer each question, but the form is collected by the teacher AND GRADED.

The Little Red Schoolhouse is Angela Davis Red, but at least the Panthers kept sexuality out of it (An upgrade?).

Defund the Police? No, Defund the Public Schools!

Parents have a right to vouchers, and kids have a right to privacy in bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms.

You might be surprised that more than 80% of the teachers that I knew (not just in my school or district) weren’t falling for this garbage and openly refused to accept ANY of it. And I taught in Southern California my entire career. The part that frightens me are a small number of young, woke idiots in pre-schools and elementary grades who think they’re going to reinvent this nation.

A teacher reported (anonymously) that at a faculty meeting a senior faculty member stated that encouraging Black students to enroll in AP classes was racist and that AP classes were an expression of whit supremacy. Lots of nodding heads (others kept silent). Jeebus, you'd think keeping Black kids out of AP classes would be an expression of Jim Crow. A minority of Leftists get their way 'cuz they're willing to destroy anyone who dissents. All in the name of humanity of course (nice career you have there; shame if you lost it).

Maryland school district prohibits sharing students' trans status with parents – HotAir

If trans is associated with a high suicide risk, shouldn't the parents know? Parents are just assumed to be a threat to their own kids. Public schools as anti-parent, but, please, give us more money!
