so you don't think that just 500k of the 4.7 million disqualified were registered to vote?

you know, 10%

seems like a pretty low hurdle to get over and illegals have only been able to get drivers licenses since 2015, therefore the majority of those that were disqualified before 2015, had to get a summons due to being a registered voter
