Uh, Sacramento had to inspect the fire trucks being sent to LA from Oregon, TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT, before they could drive to LA and help save whatever was left of the environment. What if the catalytic converters were out of date,, would they prevent these trucks from continuing on? It reminds me of when patients were prevented from taking experimental AIDS drugs because they might make them sick or kill them.
