while I applaud this move, the fact that this is over money and not sensible principal I find troubling. All of these schools, including usc, are just proving they are soulless bastards.

Let’s see if that changes their admissions policies. But I know several folks there and I highly doubt it. They are pretty sunk in to their beliefs.
