LMAO apparently AOC is confused about the limits of Free Speech

and wonders now if she is now under investigation for exceeding those limits (last paragraph)

under the Constitution speech both is free and unrestrained

yet any damage(s) caused by self expression may require retribution and/or compensation

and liability under the Constitution is unlimited for persons that are truly free

slander and libel are the best examples of damages, but there are others

hence, AOC's concerns
