When child rape victims get less consideration than an illegal alien with multiple child rape counts against him. Even if he were a citizen, why would they turn him lose? "Remember, now,, no raping while you're on the outside!" Mass-a-2-Shits wouldn't want to lose a community member like him! He brings so much diversity.
