That would be incorrect. I said we should do away with the FED. If it were possible return to the Gold Standard. Follow the law and publish a balanced budget. Not spend what we don't have in tax revenue. Become self sufficient on producing oil and refill the National Reserve first and as Trump suggested prop up Social Security by reserving monies raised from the oil we produce on federal lands and no I am not in favor of the president determining interest rates or money supply although you fail to recognize Biden is already doing just that with his administration and policies.

Put in place what I am in favor of and let the market determine interest rates and balance the budget as monetary policy. In balancing the budget be sure to include paying down the debt without raising taxes. Make the hard reasonable choices in eliminating wasted cash flow such as we see going on in this administration ( such as $5000 credit cards for illegals, free boarding for illegals, jobs for illegals, catch and release for illegals, billions wasted on Ukraine, Iraq, Afganistan etc etc etc..
