I would add, to get a HS diploma, students must be able to identify China, Russia, and North Korea on a map, demonstrate an understanding of the Berlin Wall, and discuss the causes of inflation.

I voted today, pretty busy, folks vote after church. welcome to the Bible Belt.

A week ago, I was getting gas near my place, only station for about 7-8 miles in any direction. I live in a very rural area, ranch/farm country….And one of the candidates for a higher office was there getting gas too. We spoke for a minute. We’re voting for the same people, dislike the same people, and I don’t like the incumbent he running against, he was happy he was getting my vote. Grassroots campaign, not sure he has the money to win.

@SRB I don’t expect all of them to pass, but the fact they made it to the ballot says a lot.
