Throw in his refusal to disclose the findings of the Grace committee as to where our taxes actually go, bringing GHWB to the White House and thereby opening the door to Iran-Contra and massive CIA import of cocaine to our cities and the S&L looting, you have the primary culprits at the political level for the country we live in today.
