That's the best decision YOU ever made! But the question is: Who has that right? Kids don't get to rive, buy booze or cigarettes, or vote. They can't even get a tatoo without someones epermission. Since they don't have those rights, who has control of them? The parents or the State? So, if you don't sign their birth certificate, you get to keep your right to the child. Clearly, you haven't thought things through.

As for your circular diatribe, yeah, if you don't sign the BC, you don't cede ownership to the state. That was my point. Trust me, I thought this thru very thoroughly.

Oh, and btw, don't think for a sec that the corporate/state run doctors are just going to deliver your baby and let you walk out without signing a BC. Nothing is that simple.
