As for your circular diatribe, yeah, if you don't sign the BC, you don't cede ownership to the state. That was my point. Trust me, I thought this thru very thoroughly.

Oh, and btw, don't think for a sec that the corporate/state run doctors are just going to deliver your baby and let you walk out without signing a BC. Nothing is that simple.
