and thought we were going to have an up market and maybe today would be the beginning of the great economy promised by Donnie? The stupidity of Donnie is baked into this market. You are forgetting that Donnie was able to bankrupt 3 casinos where the house always wins. Now Donnie has picked a fight with the world that he can't win. I don't hate to say it, but I told you so.

but give the little fella a break. He may have to sell one of his last two homes and his trophy wife number 3 or 4 , maybe even 5, likes living at the beach. She tells him she loves the shopping, but their aren't any stores in dana point other than a Ralphs.

Theres plenty of shopping. The Costco is where all the grumpy old people like you are. It’s on del Obispo. Lot of cute shops all over town. For malls we go to bigger cities just like you. Tried to get her to go to the discount mall in Adelanto by the ocean but she said “isn’t that where the cheap gay guy lives” and passed. Sorry. I shop at the Albertsons actually. I saw yall have a stater brothers. Had no idea that the trailer park trash supermarket came that far south. But alas. It landed in San Clemente. Surprised? Me neither.
