SOCAL Oil Spill an ACCIDENT, or CHINA?

All maritime traffic is GPS monitored and traced, should have been very easy to find out who did it. The damage to the pipeline indicates a large ship was involved. The silence on the vessel and what country it was flagged under is deafening.

They say Possibly....Yet maritime vessel traffic is highly monitored by US Coast Gaurd and other agencies. There are a ton of websites that joe public can access that tell you what boat is where and where it has been. www.vesselfinder.com is a good one. I use that for a little fish recon, its really easy to keep track of the tuna fleet out of SD/Newport. They can easily track who was in the area and at what time.
