Saving the earth part II. Some time ago, the residents of Laguna Hills constructed fire breaks. The Feds told them if they didn't undue those fire breaks, they would receive very punitive sanctions because these highly flammable scrubs were the home of the kangaroo-tail rat. So, no fire breaks. Shortly thereafter, a devastating fire destroyed Laguna Hills and all the homes. Now, where were these rats? In the hills that were devastated, and they all got roasted. Way to help the rats, Feds! As the Sainted Ronald Reagan once said, "The most terrifying thing you can hear is, 'I'm from the government, and I'm here to help'". And thus, sayeth the Lord.
