Why didn't DJT go IPO instead of thru a SPAC? Now we know, or can infer anyway, that its because they could not withstand the scrutiny to go IPO. The accounting firm that prepared the financials has been barred by the SEC for goodness sakes. FOR FRAUD! Only a few months after the DJT offering came out. Financials and financial projections are scrutinized the most in any IPO. The American Greed episode is going to be awesome. How did DJT find a crooked accounting firm? Bad luck or intentionally seeking a firm that would play ball?

When do the lawsuits start?

I don’t think any Improprieties were found w Trump

I imagine they went spac because it was easy. This is a company with $4 mil in revenue. Not like they probably had a huge staff to assemble the stuff. Go spac. Make a bundle. Talk it up. Run it up for the election. Keep it 6 months as per the rule. Cash out a billion or two. Pay off your judgments. Screw where the rest falls

He did it with cash buying poker chips. Publicity stunt and free cash. No gift tax. Interest free loan
