Java was speaking of when he went out and took 15 shots using a similar scenario...sounds like you got to be a pro sniper ...hahahahaha...using an AR15 with a scope and an AR15 with a Red Dot....the Congressman made 14 head shots and one shot that grazed the side of the targets head at 150 yards...and then said he is not a great shot and doesn't practice apparently as much as the shooter did...and had the targets up for the Director of the SS to look at...as he grilled her...

The AR15 weapon system was designed for accuracy. Over the years, many improvements have been made to increase reliability. Most models nowadays are very accurate and reliable (but not as reliable and durable as a Russian built AK). Some models are better than others in terms of accuracy - cold hammer forged or nitrided barrels, custom triggers , free-float rails etc. The DPMS model used by the assassin wannabe is a low budget version, but still accurate.

We have a 55 acre farm to go shooting. My wife comes and enjoys it and she is a better shot with a pistol than I am and until I taught her to shoot she never lifted any firearm. Now she can handle a 22 Lever action carbine, AR15, 20 gauge pump, Shockwave pump and an assortment of pistols and revolvers. She went out and got her carry permit and never leaves home without an IWB holster and pistol.

I am looking for a new hobby, getting pretty bored with the ones I have now. I am an avid fisherman, winemaker and brewer, but it is getting a little old. The wine is a necessity as the vineyard has to be managed or else it will be a disaster, but I am not interested in letting someone else come in and take it while I pay the water and supplies for only half yield and do all the legwork. I end up with enough to make it worth it, but can't sell it or anything without oversight from the tax man, so it is given away to friends and family and always in tow to any party or event to get the party started. What are some other ones you guys are in to?

Doesn't that more or less help disprove there was more than one shooter? Would real pros in the bldg behind Crooks and/or on the water tower miss a direct target at least three times?

Can you hit a moving head if I give you 5 seconds to set up with a cop ready to shoot you from one direction. While you’re trying to get on your stomach? With no tripod or stands from what I can gather. From 150 yards out? Oh. With your pulse racing at 170 beats a minute?

they haven't released the timeline which Congress asked for yesterday so you have no clue on how long the shooter had. Heck they haven't even explained how long the Sniper had to take his shot at the shooter or when he got the go ahead...

While that is a good point, I might. It all depends. The guy had an objective and a plan, he knew what he wanted to do and had time to do it. It wasn't like he was trudging through the mountains and a deer ran out into the meadow full tilt and he had to make the shot on the fly. He had time, he had a mission, a somewhat stationary target speaking into a microphone and a ton of info going into his final action. He shimmied up the roof and other than the cop peeking over at him, seemed like he was set. Probably took a pill or something totake the edge off, who knows, it was a suicide mission and he knew it. If Trump did not turn his head it was game over. I am not one to play army and do all the tactical move BS at the range, so who knows, but lining up a shot that I am prepared for in a few seconds would not be out of reach. You ever shot ground squirrels with the boys?
