still don't know why NY is so opposed to charging anyone with first degree murder

it's an affront to victims, their families, and survivors

I believe he is only charged with second degree murder,

even though it is clear that he was lying in wait and had some premeditation

there is a huge difference between wearing The Flag and wearing bunting or ribbons resembling The Flag

you might want to look up the difference, since a former officer in the Marine Corps is supposed to know it

hint: the US Flag doesn't have 100 or more stars on it
