I always said you should build a pipeline from Louisiana or Arkansas. Any of the states that get flooding. Channel the water to my pipeline. Run it all to ca.
You can move the water and clean the pipeline using inserts into the pipeline that are called pigs. They use them in Alaska to move the oil along to do the same thing with water.
They have oil lines that Kris Kross the country. There’s no reason why they can’t build waterlines right next to them.
It would solve flooding issues in the south it would redirect water along existing lines to Arizona or Southern California, even southern Nevada, and it would help the Colorado greatly and help restore many natural wildlife areas in the Grand Canyon and Colorado basin
solves? LA.has been doing this for the last century (rewatch China Town, which mirrors a lot of historical events around LA's water issues). Stealing more land and water that doesn't belong to you is just kicking the can down the road. And we know you conservatives sure hate the shit out it when the shoe is on the other foot, so quit being hypocrites.
Well, there is a fishery issue with migrating salmon and’s steelhead and I do believe some tribes have some rights on the river. That plan may be iffy at best.
